Let Earthwise come to you!
We have a programme of Outreach activities that allow us to bring either Farm or Forest to you!
We can deliver Assemblies, classroom activities, outdoor forest school or gardening activities and we also have experience in working with pupils to design and build school gardens.
Our Outreach workshops can be run with a single class or with a number of classes throughout the day. All activities can be adapted to suit specific age-ranges.
If you're interested in Earthwise coming to your school / community group then please get in touch.
Changing Climates
Claire Rosling is a UN Accredited Climate Change Educator and runs workshops for all ages on the topic of Climate Change and how we can reduce our impact.
Equipping today’s children with the knowledge and skills that they need for their future in this changing climate is, we feel, of paramount priority.
“A really engaging and informative session that addressed key questions and misconceptions children had previously had - children came away with lots of new knowledge and the group activity encouraged all children to get involved.” Year 5 teacher, Victoria Park Primary School
Food & Farming: Classroom and assembly options
Whether you're interested in your class learning about where their food comes from; the importance of soil and mini-beasts for growing it; food-miles and the importance of local; farm food-webs and the importance of growing food in harmony with wildlife; understanding what plants need to grow; or embedding knowledge on the different parts of plants and their function, we have the perfect outreach activities for you!
