Lockdown: Outdoor activity ideas for kids

As a mum of a three year old and five year old I know how tough it can be keeping little people busy and entertained during lockdown. As an outdoor educator and forest school leader I see on a regular basis how incredible the outdoors is as an inspiration for children’s play and learning. As the seasons change nature also provides us with a source of free, ever changing resources for simple craft projects for you and your child to get stuck in with during this time.

I’ve been posting activity ideas on my facebook page and instagram to give you a few ideas of how you can keep kids busy and connected to nature - either your garden or local green space.
